Weekly reminder text

Goes out Friday morning to every foreman on the list below who has not logged hours for the week. Anyone who already logged something is skipped. Nothing is sent until the box below is ticked.

Sends the message exactly as a foreman would receive it. Nothing is recorded against anyone on the list and nobody else is texted.

Foremen

The name has to match what the foreman types on the hours form, or he will be texted even after he has entered. Spelling is forgiving — case, punctuation and extra spaces are ignored.

Load starting hours

Paste a CSV with the header row: unit,current_hours,as_of_date,hours_at_last_oil_change. Units that already have a baseline keep it, so re-running the same sheet is safe.
